With over 20 years of experience in organizational development and human resources, Nada Niklanović helps companies enhance team collaboration, organizational culture, and overall business performance. She began her career in the advertising and FMCG industries, where she gained key skills in sales, marketing, and business communication.

For the past 10 years, Nada has focused on team and leadership development using modern methodologies, combining coaching and training tailored to the specific needs of organizations. As a certified expert in "Management 3.0," agile methodologies, "Inspire Happiness at Work" programs, and Organizational Transactional Analysis, she applies a broad range of techniques to improve team dynamics, motivation, and leadership.

Nada's expertise includes coaching, leadership development, communication improvement, and organizational change. She uses coaching as a tool for both individual and team development, helping clients achieve their goals through structured and focused processes. She also applies Organizational Transactional Analysis to help companies better understand interpersonal relationships and improve efficiency. So far, Nada has delivered over 500 training days for companies in Serbia and abroad, including well-known clients such as Mercator, Continental Automotive, Mtel, Galenika Fitofarmacija, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, SBB Serbia Broadband, ETG, and many others.
